Michael Karpovage is a native of western New York and a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has worked in the graphic design and marketing field for over twenty years as an award-winning art director and map illustrator. He formed a part-time freelance design business in 1998 called Jacks River Communications. In late 2008 he renamed his company to Karpovage Creative, Inc. and is now a full time, one-man show.
Michael's first novel was a military techno thriller titled Flashpoint Quebec. His debut mystery thriller, Crown of Serpents , was published in 2009. Michael is a Mason with Hobasco Lodge No. 716 of Ithaca, NY. He lives in Atlanta, GA.
